Request Account Deletion
Last updated: April 15, 2026
If you want WholeSpan to delete your account and associated app data, send an email request to support@wholespanfit.com.
How to Request Deletion
To help WholeSpan verify the request and process it correctly, include the following in your email:
1. Send the request from the same email address you use with WholeSpan, or clearly state the Google account email linked to your WholeSpan account.
2. Use the subject line WholeSpan Account Deletion Request.
3. State that you want your WholeSpan account deleted.
4. If needed, include any extra details that help identify the account, such as your display name or recent subscription email.
What WholeSpan Deletes
When a valid account deletion request is completed, WholeSpan will delete or de-identify the account data associated with that user where reasonably possible. This includes core profile and app-use data such as goals, profile photo, saved foods, custom workouts, challenge runs, check-ins, progress history, authentication tokens, and linked sign-in identities.
What WholeSpan May Retain
WholeSpan may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, billing, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping purposes. This can include purchase records, subscription verification records, AI credit ledger entries, security logs, and limited backup copies for a short retention period.
Processing Timeline
WholeSpan aims to review and process valid deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or archived data may remain for up to 90 days before permanent removal, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for a legitimate security or financial recordkeeping reason.
Other Requests
If you need help with a privacy or support question that is not a full account deletion request, contact support@wholespanfit.com.
